Prima Diva operations have a fully equipped warehouse with space that provide for storage capacity, processing, inspection, and repair of knitwear items.
The warehouse is adequately equipped and staffed to ensure that a high-volume of stock can pass through at a given time.
The storage space available is ideal for bulk orders and large numbers of stock having the supported infrastructure to allow for continuous supply for the retail market.
The entire team at the warehouse knows the product thoroughly as most employees have previously worked in knitting factories. Through this experience, the company is able to process and dispatch orders in an effective and professional manner. Front-of house personnel, together with the warehouse team effectively co-ordinate the entire process so that all sides of the order and supply processes are taken care of
Shipping:
Shipping is arranged and coordinated by Prima Diva. All goods are cleared and duty paid by Prima Diva in coordination with our freight forwarder which has extensive experience and knowledge of the retail clothing industry. Prima Diva Clothing is also accredited to the South African Revenue Service customs department.
